Listen to the entire clip and you'll not only be absolutely dumbfounded, you'll realize that it is indeed for most Blacks, after all, about race. It has nothing to do with policies, judgment, or character, they're voting for Obama because he's Black.
Personally, I was left with the belief that people like those interviewed in the audio clip are too damned stupid to vote - regardless of their race, let alone be allowed to breed. Clearly, there should be a required simple test of basic mental competence and some very basic awareness of where candidates stand on issues (or in the case of those interviewed in the clip - something as basic as who the candidate's VP is) to determine whether or not someone can vote in a national election. Of course, given the Democrat's endorsement of methods conducted by ACORN and their ilk, pigs will fly before such a test would ever be even considered.
