Has Obama been lying and hiding the extent of his relationship to ACORN and Ayers ? (Updated)

According to Fox News, in regard to ACORN - the answer is a resounding yes.

According to CNN and Anderson Cooper's fact-checking of Barack Obama's claims to have barely known William Ayers -- even CNN calls it dishonest. In this video, Stanley Kurtz even gets to make an appearance on a network other than Fox for this CNN report (via Hot Air):

We learn from this video that:

.... Obama has lied about his "coming out party" at the home of William Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn in 1995. Obama has said that Alice Palmer arranged the fundraiser and the venue, but Griffin spoke to two people who attended the event, who claim Obama lied. Palmer had nothing to do with that event outside of being invited to it. Obama and Ayers planned the event themselves.

As for whether or not Obama is a Marxist, "In this brief intro to Saul Alinsky, narrated by the far left loon and Obama supporter, Alec Baldwin, we get a taste of the degree to which the communist teachings of Alinsky have influenced the Democratic Party, and particularly, Obama. As SodaHead notes, there it is, that's it. There's Ayers' lack of repentance for his bombings, the sick culture to which he and his wife STILL subscribe, there's the long association between Obama, Ayers, and their philosophical mentor, Saul Alinsky, who literally wrote the book on how to subvert democracies into Marxist dictatorships (and ACORN). The community organizing of Barack Obama and supported strongly by the Democratic Party is unquestionably Marxist, and based on Saul Alinsky's radical teachings and class warfare. ACORN IS Alinsky-ite!!! Obama is Alinsky-ite. The Democratic left if Alinsky-ite. Alinsky's teachings are Marxism. Ergo Obama and the Democratic left are Marxist.

Indeed, any questions? There damned well ought not be, the answers are clear.

And to think that Americans are actually allowing themselves to be snookered into voting for a guy like Barack Obama. Disgusting.

If that was indeed the case, this Google Earth look, with address identifiers added by me, would indicate that there was not much, if any, elbow room between the two organizations (a larger version of the graphic is here):

The man is a bold and massive liar, and were about to make him President.
