Three Reasons Students In A NY Inner-city School Say They Love Obama
Topics: Police Brutality and CorruptionWhen a teacher in a NY inner-city school who just happens to be a lifelong liberal, who will - surprise, surprise - be voting for Barack Obama, recently asked her mostly Dominican class why they love Obama so much - these were the three reasons they gave:
1. He's gonna legalize pot.As Julia Gorin points out in her post where she has more background on this story, the students have essentially put the Democratic platform in a nutshell, and also why you should vote for Barack Obama.2. He's gonna get back at white people.
3. He's gonna give us lots of money.
