Sarah Palin's 'Much-in-demand' Glasses 'Bring Sexy Back'

I've had numerous emails about Sarah Palin's glasses, as in what kind are they and how much do they cost. Well, because some asked:

These now much sought-after Palin "Kazuo Kawasaki 704 custom frames" (chassis model MP 704) will set you back at least $375, excluding the lenses.

You can't look at Sarah Palin without marveling at how beautiful her eyeglasses are, and how perfectly they set the tone of serious, yet stylish. Her nomination for vice president has set off a genuine rush to optical businesses by women who want her glasses.

Sarah Palin's glasses are custom made, but based on the Kawasaki 704 series, and the color is 34 gray. The Sarah Palin frame -- minus the lenses -- starts at a suggested $375. Depending on the type of lenses you have installed, the total package can run to $700.

Other fashion forward women that have been seen in public wearing corrective lenses (that aren't sunglasses) are Amanda Peete, Cate Blanchette, Chloe Sevigny, Jennifer Gardner, Kirsten Dunst, Lindsay Lohan and Sharon .

Palin's Glasses Bring Sexy Back:

The now sought-after Palin frames will cost you around $375, excluding the lenses.

"As you may have noticed they were not invisible on her. She's in the rimless style that has a lot of attention going to the temples, they're jewel-like cut in the lenses, and a pretty dramatic shape," Spina said.

And Palin's not the only one sporting sexy glasses says Spina, "More and more people are treating their glasses like an accessory."

And now, my wife who just spent $500 for D&G now wants "Sarah Palin glasses," like we really needed to spend another $375 plus lenses (alright, she works hard, she's my version of Sarah Palin, so she's going to have them IF we can find them). It's becoming more and more apparent that women all over the country are very much into Sarah Palin, how she looks, and what she stands for. And to this I say, rightly so!
