Pre-Palin Speech CBS Poll: McCain, Obama Tied

Although Rasmussen's poll results for Thursday (before Alaska Governor Sarah Palin's speech last night) shows Barack Obama with 47% of the vote and John McCain with 43% (with "leaners" it's Obama 50%, McCain 45%), a new CBS poll has Barack Obama and John McCain now even at 42 percent to 42 percent in the poll conducted Monday-Wednesday of this week. According to the poll twelve percent are undecided and one percent said they wouldn't vote. (More ...)
