A 'Few' Of The Sarah Palin Smears Explained
Topics: Political News and commentariesHere Greta van Susteren hosted Brooks Jackson of Factcheck.org to explain and debunk a few of the smears about Sarah Palin traveling throughout the Internet. As Ed Morrissey points out, Jackson's contempt for the top three lies about Palin comes through pretty clearly, perhaps none so much as the "bookbanner" smear; however, when near the end Jackson scolds the McCain campaign over its reaction to the "lipstick" comment, agreeing with Barack Obama that it referred to McCain's policy rather than Palin herself, he drifts away for factchecking and into opinion:
