According to your post, Barry Soetoro would be a citizen of the Republic of Indonesia (ROI). Whether or not Barry has a COLB in Honolulu becomes moot, because ROI does not allow dual citizenship. Barry would have renounced his US citizenship ... unless, since born a US citizen (alleged), at age 18, he chose to remain an US citizen. However, Barry would have needed to document that choice! Without that documentation, Barry would be a citizen of the ROI.

Perhaps, Barry's trip to Hawaii is to fabricate the re-institution of American citizenship documentation ... and back-date it!

Nonetheless, by renouncing US citizenship, a cloud forms over his prerequisite citizenship-requirement to run for POTUS.

I concur with your appraisal: Barry's integrity has been shattered!

As a caution, I noted that Mainlanders (possibly islanders) have been researching in Honolulu. The plagues identified in my Akaka Bill thread are not fantasy. These researchers should maintain a low profile, and their blogmasters should conceal their identities. Malicious people in Honolulu have nothing better to do than to set them up: plant drugs on them, slander their reputations and careers, etc. Law enforcement in Honolulu will not come to their aid.

Please convey to your blogmaster associates my cautions. These researchers are not amongst friends in Honolulu.

Although I still have a few ingering doubts about the wannabe messiah's COLB becoming a real issue in the campaign, for it seems nuts that if it is really a fake that the DOJ didn't find it out and surely the MSM will do everything they can to bury it if it is a fake, my doubts are beginning to dissipate.

And indeed a cloud is beginning to form over his prerequisite citizenship-requirement to run for POTUS.

Truly, the USDJ should be onto this matter. However, from four+ years of interface with the USDJ on criminal matters here in Honolulu, I would conclude that the USDJ is too overrated. They may be in the finger-pointing mode as to whom is responsible for ensuring that Barry's candidacy for POTUS meets requirements.

Second, as the Akaka Bill thread exposes, political interference sways the USDJ. It could be the case that Barry's candidacy for POTUS is known to be flawed, and, as I commented to Abdul, certain persons are waiting the appropriate moment to thrust the coup de grace.

To me, two opportunities await. First, at the DNC, the Clinton camp can expose the flaw and demand the nomination. Second, once Barry wins the presidency, certain Democrats could confront Barry (if they already have not) and extort him for personal benefits or demand his resignation, allowing his VP to assume cabinet selection. Essentially, certain Democrats would acquire the leadership in the Executive Branch without the scrutiny of an election.

The fact that John McCain has not acted upon this information merely exhibits his sense of integrity. John McCain's camp may have discreetly informed Barry that his gig was up. Barry's Hawaii vacation might be a cooling off period in order to regain his composure and prepare a rebuttal (if necessary).

To me, residing in Hawaii and knowing the tactics of US Senator Inouye & his gang, extortion awaits Barry Soetoto ... like sign the Akaka Bill or else!

Who can forget how the NYT made a big issue out of McCain's citizenship, trying to say that he wasn't an American citizen because of the Canal Zone thing.

But when it comes to a Democrat, zzzzzzzzzzzzz....

Actually, I was unaware of the NYT article. The NYT article could act as a confirmation that the Democratic National Party knows that Barry Soetoro has a citizenship problem.

In litigation, when your pleading contains a damaging flaw, a common legal tactic is to accuse your opposition of the same flaw, first. The belief is that your opposition will expends so much effort deending themselves that it will either redirect their attention away from your flaw or, at least, mitigate it.

They know!

Second, the NYT, if my memory serves me well, resides in the Clinton camp. If my memory is correct, then Richard's gut-feeling about a Clinton plan may become a harbinger of the coup de grace to come.

One of the news channel covering the Beijing Olympics (CNBC, I believe) just broke that the Clinton camp will address Barack Obama's question of citizenship at the DNC! The news clip just mentioned that Obama might not be a US citizen!

Bravo to the Hyscience researchers!

I'm still a bit skeptical like Richard and Abdul have also said, but if you heard it Obama's and Axelrod's great con job on America could possibly be coming to an end.
