Former Clinton adviser Howard Wolfson Defends McCain Campaign for Moving To Fend Off Obama Race Card (Video)
Topics: Political News and commentariesI've never been a great fan of Howard Wolfson, because in the past he seemed to speak in talking points of the Democratic Party instead of saying anything from a common sense point of view. However, since he's become a Fox News analyst, he sometimes actually speaks outside the Dem box. And after this video, I may be starting to like this guy (Hat tip - Blogs for John McCain):
Wolfson as much as admits that what Obama did was play the race card when he made the statement two days ago that people were trying to scare Americans about him because he does not "look like the other presidents on the dollar bills." Wolfson knows what Obama was trying to do, and he acknowledges that McCain moved quickly to not let what happened to Hillary Clinton happen to him. . .
And remember, this is coming from a Democrat!
