Iran Revolutionary Guard Caught Fighting for Hezbollah In Lebanon
Topics: LebanonIran caught red-handed, this time in Lebanon.
Debbie Schlussel has exclusive intelligence that a number of Hezbollah terrorist fighters (I would call them terrorists) have been caught, over the weekend, and they cannot speak Arabic, only Farsi. They are Iranian and have identified themselves or been identified by third parties as members of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard. This is the same group that, under Khomeini, took over the U.S. Embassy in Tehran and kept U.S. civilians hostage for over 444 days in 1979-81, in Iran.
Perhaps I'm being a bit naive, but wasn't UN Security Council Resolution 1701 suppose to disarm Hezbollah? And didn't Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon say that Syria and Iran must honor embargo on arming Lebanese militias? And haven't we seen evidence of Iranian forces in Lebanon presented in the past, only to have Iran consistently - in the face of evidence - deny it?
Well, how can we expect anything to be different now, given that nothing's changed ? The UN will still fail to act, the West will continue to "talk" to Iran, and Iran will continue to give lip service to "discussions" while arming and directly assisting Hezbollah - and exporting terrorism and violence throughout the ME.
And Obama wants to "talk" to Ahmadinejad?
