Support 'Jamiel's Law' - Target Illegal Immigrant Gang Members (Updated)Topics: Immigration and Border Issues
The son of a U.S. solider was murdered on the streets of L.A. by an illegal alien gang member. What are we going to do about it? What are you going to do about it?
.... the cowardice of local politicians who hide behind political correctness and racial pandering as an excuse to look the other way on the mounting death toll perpetrated by illegal aliens are enablers of death.- Source (LA City Council rejects ...)
This didn't have to happen. The illegal lowlife had been in police custody just the day before.
Heartbreaking! And the bastard should have never been here in the first place.
The parents of Jamiel Shaw Jr., a high school football star who was gunned down by a reputed gang member just blocks from his home, urged Los Angeles city leaders today to go after criminals who are in the country illegally. Pedro Espinoza, 19, allegedly shot and killed the 17-year-old Los Angeles High School student on March 2 in the 2100 block of Fifth Avenue, not far from the Shaw family's Arlington Heights home. According to police, the shooting occurred one day after Espinoza was released from county jail, where he was serving time for assault with a deadly weaponWhy just illegal gang members? Why not deport all illegal aliens - NOW!
Read here about the politically correct edict known as Special Order 40 that doomed young Jamiel Shaw II to death at the hands of 18th Street Gang member Pedro Espinoza:
Espinoza escaped federal detection when sent to jail and when released, according to sheriff's officials, simply by lying when asked where he was born. Any procedure that easy to evade is no procedure at all. When officers don't know what they can and cannot do, and when other official procedures for protecting the public remain so flimsy, it's hard to fault critics who incorrectly believe that Special Order 40 lets felons run rampant.Latest Update: LA City Council Ignores Black Residents Pleas To End Special Order 40:
..... the testimony was riveting this morning before the Los Angeles City Council when a group of black residents pleaded with the 15 elected council members to rescind Special Order 40, the longtime local rule protecting illegal immigrants from arrest by the LAPD.Important read: L.A. shares blame in teen's death.
The black residents are seeking a decision by the council to enact the so-called Jamiel's Law, named after Jamiel Shaw, a promising and law-abiding 17-year-old high school student allegedly shot by an illegal immigrant, 18th Street Gang member Pedro Espinoza. The noxious Espinoza, who has a massively long rap sheet, was arrested and then released by the LAPD shortly before he allegedly murdered Jamiel.
Jamiel's family members cried openly in the ornate Council Chambers, asking the council to allow cops to check on the illegal status of people like Espinoza so they can be deported rather than released.
Council President Eric Garcetti couldn't change the subject fast enough -- to a plan to force even more obnoxious billboards on Angelenos.
It was amazing to watch Garcetti drop the Special Order 40 topic like a hot rock.
