Shocking Bullshit From A Presidential Candidate: Obama Now Claims .....

WASHINGTON - White House hopeful Barack Obama suggests he would have left his Chicago church had his longtime pastor, whose fiery anti-American comments about U.S. foreign policy and race relations threatened Obama's campaign, not stepped down. "Had the reverend not retired, and had he not acknowledged that what he had said had deeply offended people and were inappropriate and mischaracterized what I believe is the greatness of this country, for all its flaws, then I wouldn't have felt comfortable staying at the church," Obama said Thursday during a taping of the ABC talk show, "The View." The interview will be broadcast Friday.So, Obama would have left his church - now - after sitting in the pews for 20 years - had the controversial Wright not stepped "down" (to go live in his multi-million dollar mansion)? And, according to Obama, Wright made statements that "deeply offended people" and "mischaracterized" what Obama says he believes about the greatness of our country - "for all its flaws"?
I find Obama's claim and statement astonishingly and shockingly insulting to the intelligence of the American voter. I find it hard to believe that even the most naive among us - the far left liberals with a biased mindset closed to logic and reason, could fall for this - the most obvious political ploy I've witnessed in my lifetime by any politician on either side of the political spectrum.
Once again, Obama has proven beyond any doubt that he's not about the audacity of hope - he's all about what Ace refers to as the audacity of bullshit.

PLEASE America, DO NOT trust your security and the security of the Free World to this man. He's nothing but a glorified community activist, with ZERO foreign relations credendtials and has shown INCREDIBLY bad judgment in dealing with an issue as trivial as this one. He claims that Hillary can't be trusted because she authorized the war before she began opposing it .. well, he sat in the pews and listened to Rev. Wright spew his hate-filled banter for over 20 years and he would just now choose to leave the church, after the whole thing blew up in his face and has become his first test of character. It's absolutely ridiculous. Obama has neither the character nor the intestinal fortitude required to be President. For all of President Bush' failings, one has to at least give him credit for have a strong conviction in his beliefs and sticking to his beliefs, in spite of negative press coverage and negative polling results.
