As Shelby Steele noted in his WSJ piece today, pointed to in my earlier post, "His public persona thrives on a manipulation of whites (bargaining), and his private sense of racial identity demands both self-betrayal and duplicity."
Obama has once again played the race card and attempted to manipulate the White community into a grand bargain. It simply isn't going to fly. I cannot believe that they, or most of the Black community, are that naive.
