Obama Responds At Length To Comments Of Jeremiah Wright

Barack Obama released a full statement on Jeremiah Wright's comments on Huffington Post - which some might say is the most liberal blog in the blogosphere. By coming out at the HufPo, he's singing to his choir. We can only wait to see how the media protects him or calls his response into question.

His comments about just happening to "not be there" or hear at anytime when Wright was cranking away against America are just not credible.

Why did it take Obama 20 years to object to the most racist, hateful, anti-American rhetoric ever heard from a pulpit - and reject it by leaving the church? Did he not know that Wright's church is NOT a mainstream Christian church? How could he and his wife be so ignorant of Wright's deviations from the Christian faith and his pseudo-Christian ideology? Even a junior college student that took comparative religion or humanities would know better. And these people went to Harvard?

Frankly, I believe all but the far Left and Obama's most ardent supporters are going to see this as far too little, far too late. I'm no Hillary supporter, but Obama makes Hillary seem like a voice of fresh air. Obama's church is waaaay out of the mainstream and so anti-American it almost makes al-Qaeda almost seem neutral. At least al-Qaeda hates everyone - including Muslims that disagree with them. Wrights wrath is all against America.
