How Obama's Speech Played In NC

Topics: Political News and commentaries

.... in a nutshell, not very well.

I think one old guy summed it up for a lot of us:

... Obama's head-on tackling of racial issues might come at the expense of the progress made in his lifetime.

"I don't think race is as big a deal as it used to be," he adds plainly, shaking a white-haired head old enough to have seen decades of racial strife unfold. "It is getting more equal every day."

Obama's attempts to lay guilt on White America isn't going to fly. None of us have ever owned slaves, and the great majority of Americans see Blacks as fellow human beings just trying to get along in life, albeit some share the victimhood ideology of Obama and are more likely than some - both White and Black, to look for a hand-out instead of pulling themselves up by their bootstraps and taking life on themselves.

Instead of sitting in Jeremiah Wright's church for 20 years, Obama - and others that follow Black liberation theology and its Marxism, would have done better to have listened to Rev. James Manning who has a clear message for BO.
