Al-Qaeda: hunting down beggars and mentally disabled
Topics: Iraq, Islam And The War On Terror, Terrorismto use them as suicide terrorists. US commanders in Iraq consider that it's possible that AQ has infiltrated the records of psyquiatric hospitals.
Iraqi Government is trying to stop this, retiring these groups of people from the streets... But where are they going to live afterwards? Because they are not very protected in those psyquiatric hospitals...
Lastly Karrar, the chief of Al-Qaeda's network in Diyala, who was the responsible for the suicide of two mentally disabled women in Baghdad has been killed by Coalition forces.
