Example Of Torture For The Totally Confused

Topics: Iraq

The AP is carrying the story of yet another torture center being found in Iraq. The details provide a striking reminder that while the U.S. is hampered by the Left and PC fools that don't really understand what constitutes torture, our enemy has no such hindrances and takes full advantage of the difference.

Making someone physically uncomfortable can sometimes be necessary to save lives, which, for the benefit of our nutty friends on the far Left, is best described as having a vastly different purpose than that of radical Islamists, who not only go far beyond discomfort to beyond the point of extreme pain and agony, but do so for the sake of torture and/or to perpetuate more terrorism. You don't find mass graves, blood scattered walls, knives and swords covered in blood, and metal bed frames connected to an electrical shock system at Gitmo, but U.S. troops are still finding them in Iraq. This, my friends, is torture, and people suffer great physical pain and die in such rooms.

On the other hand, "Waterboarding-lite" is the way the U.S. controls and administers waterboarding - it is virtually impossible to die because you can always give up and pretty much do so after a few seconds. Not to mention that water is not actually going down your throat (the rest of the world waterboards the old fashioned way--they clamp your nose and pour water down your throat until you give up or die).

The other day on CNN I heard that idiot left wing moonbat, Wolf Blitzer, suggest to Duncan Hunter that if the U.S. uses waterboarding (apparently he's to f***king stupid or doesn't care to know the difference between the way the U.S. employs it and the way the rest of the world does) our enemy is encouraged to do the same to our troops. Good lord, if any of our guys that have been beheaded and chopped up by those Islamic butchers had been given the choice of waterboarding as used by the U.S., or bloody agony and death, which one do you think they'd have chosen? Which one would you choose?

Hell, Blitzer, let's encourage them to abandon knives, swords, and electrically-charged metal bed frames, and take up what the U.S. does.

Alternatively, lets really get down to some serious torture since our media and the Democratic leadership (and the RINO McCain) are going to continue to accuse us of it anyway. Screw waterboarding, let's get down to some real torture. I think I like this approach better, anyway.
