US Laws Targeting Illegal Aliens Hitting Cash Sent Back To Mexico
Topics: Immigration and Border IssuesAccording to a new report, following several years of double digit growth, only about half the almost 2 million Mexicans in so-called "new" migration states such as Louisiana, North Carolina and Georgia are sending back remittances, compared with four-fifths a year ago.
And the reason has to do with legal restrictions targeting illegal immigrants.
Well, it's about time, I say. Mexico will just have to start developing jobs of their own to develop a tax base in order to make up the lost revenues from their decreasing cash flow relating to their funneling illegal Mexicans across our border.
