Surely, There's A Message Here

Topics: War on Terror

The AP reports that thousands of troops have been deployed to Pakistan's northwestern frontier to try to dissuade "outlawed Islamic militants"(that's AP-speak for Muslim extremists, also known as Islamists or Islamic terrorists) from launching a holy war against the government for its bloody attack on the "radical" Red Mosque.

With these facts in mind, need we remind ourselves that Pakistan is a Muslim country, and that it is now having to deploy a large scale defense to prevent attack on the Muslim government in a Muslim country from, you guessed it - their fellow Muslims that have apparently interpreted the wrong message from the Koran. Surely, there's a message here, somewhere.

Interestingly, it appears that Muslims themselves are beginning to see it, while certain non-Muslims have failed to even notice the possibility of the message.

And seems that I was thinking along these lines when I wrote this yesterday.
