Topics: National News"Everybody was a bit confused, everybody obviously thought of 9-11."One person is dead and more than a dozen others are injured after a steam pipe exploded on the East Side of Manhattan during the evening rush hour. Police ruled out terrorism, and as of 9:08, it has been declared under control.
