PARIS HILTON OUT OF JAIL: Spotted at Beach! Exclusive Video (Updated X 3)

Something tells me Paris is going to get a "much heavier book" thrown at her by the judge in this morning's hearing.
Update on the serious side: Just over Fox News: Paris will not have to actually attend the courthearing this morning, instead, she will be allowed to attend the hearing via telephone from her 2,700 square foot, four-bedroom, three-bath, Spanish-style luxury villa, located on .14 acres above the Sunset Strip. (Quite a change from the judge-ordered 12-by-8-foot jail cell.)
Apparently, at least in California, the rich simply don't have to abide by the same rules and laws as the rest of us poor dumb infidel slobs that can't afford to buy the justice we think we deserve!
Serious update 2: Via Fox - Judge says Paris Hilton CANNOT "attend" the hearing via telephon from her luxury villa, and that she is to brought to court. The drama continues ....: Is there going to be justice for the infidels after all? Will Paris actually be treated like the rest of us poor slobs, should we drive under the influence, and drive under the influence, and drive ..... etc..?
Serious update 3: Via TMZ.com - "Moments after Paris hugged her parents goodbye -- she was handcuffed and put in the back of a Sheriff's cruiser. The car was then swarmed by a legion of aggressive paparazzi, who gave chase as far as they could -- as it pulled away from the house."

Yes, another update - Paris arrives at court:
Paris Hilton has arrived to Los Angeles County Superior Court, just under 30 minutes after officers handcuffed her and tossed her into the back of a Sheriff's cruiser. Hilton avoided the media frenzy, as Sheriff's used a private covered entrance to escort her into the courtroom.
