Video: Abu Izzadeen Charged Under Terrorist Act
Topics: TerrorismThe fanatic, hate preacher, Abu Izzadeen has been charged with inciting terrorism overseas and fundraising for Iraqi insurgents and encouraging the murder of British troops.
Muslim convert Izzadeen, 32, was one of six men arrested in dawn swoops last week. Also charged with terror fundraising are: Shal Jalal Hussain, 24, of Whitechapel, East London; Omar Zaheer, 27, of Southall, West London; Simon Keeler, 35, of Whitechapel; Ibrahim Abdullah Hassan of Leyton; and Rajib Khan, 28, of Luton. Keeler, Hassan and Khan are charged with inciting terror overseas. Hassan, 21, is charged with having terror-related articles. The names remind of a skit on trying to figure out what the July 21 (attempted) London terrorists had in common":
Back to the serious side, however, here's a UK TV video clip on the charges against Abu Izzadeen and five other Muslim "activists (hat tip - LGF)."
Also via LGF, here's a tape of Abu Izzadeen talking inside Londons Regent Park Mosque before he was arrested.
And remember, this guys a convert. Can you imagine how radical he'd be if he's been raised a fundamentalist as the thousands in Pakistani madrassas are?
