Not only have thirty two people died, but the extent of the tragedy in human terms is incalculable! Their loved ones - their mothers and fathers, their grandparents, their siblings and uncles, their cousins and friends - they must all grapple with this horror, this intolerable, monstrous, emptiness; they must grapple with the fact that their loved ones will never be coming home from college; that they are no more. In bewildered incredulity many of them will find it impossibly difficult to find closure...many of them never will. They will bear the pain and truly be scarred for life... certainly not in the way some media savvy "nappy headed" Rutgers "hos" claim they have been "scarred for life"...by the stupid comments of an offensive senile shock-jock!

I watched the news and read the blogs in silence, in anger and dismay, seeing the anti-gun lobbyists, and the far-left, taking advantage of this monumental tragedy for which our nation mourns, to advance their "1984 Big Brother" Marxist agenda of doing away with our Second Amendment rights! Seeing such filth as Rosie O'Donnell desecrate this tragedy by speaking about it with her foul carpet-licking mouth to promote said agenda, saying contemptuously with her inimitable loathsome facial expressions, that she now felt "immured against this new massacre" - after she claims she felt so depressed about the killings at Columbine High School that she says that she almost committed suicide. We could have only hoped that after these horrendous event she would have finally taken her own deviant, miserable, heinous life, or hung upside down like a "moonbat" long enough to have suffered a fatal brain hemorrhage! And then seeing the mainstream media make of this tragic incident just another media circus, just as they did about the disappearance of a young girl in Aruba, Natalee Holloway, that they made into a "media event" that lasted well nigh a year at the expense of other far more impacting news and coverage of much more ominous import, to the detriment of our nation; as they did of the Duke lacrosse case that is now "egg in their faces," or of the death of doped-up Anna Nicole Smith and the paternity of her child from a mile-long line of possible "Johns" that went around the corner of the block where the clinic carrying the DNA testing was located (and the Saga continues!).

I was perplexed that at the Memorial Ceremony for these victims the Services were began by a Muslim Imam, praying in the name of Allah - the same Allah to whom the insurgents and the terrorists pray when they are about to explode themselves in a market full of innocent people in Iraq, or a bus of Israeli school children, and to whom they pray while shooting those other American young men and women, those serving in our military, who chose to serve their country rather than go to Virginia Tech, and who are consciously putting their lives on the line, dying every day in Iraq, for our sake!!!

Unless one of the victims at Virginia Tech, even if but one of the wounded, was Muslim, what in the hell otherwise was the place for such mocking, abhorrent political correctness and Dhimmitude amidst all the horror and pathos??? Why begin with a Muslim prayer for those, who were not only not Muslims, but the hated target of Muslim radicals as all Americans are??? How repugnant to make of such a solemnly poignant moment nothing but a frivolous political circus of Muslim ass-kissing and "political correctness," amidst all the death and tragedy! This, with the collusion of those present, even the President!!! I was outraged but kept my peace, not knowing if any of the victims, or the wounded, were indeed Muslims...

And then I must come to the question that incited such an inappropriate and offensive response from our reader David: "While the VT Killer Was Killing, Where Were The Men?"

The real answer may prove less palatable than many would like to stomach! Is it perhaps these kids did nothing, because they have been so "emasculated" all through their upbringing by our secularist public school system, and so "conditioned" by it, that their instincts, even for survival, could not surface, but the herd mentality imposed upon them by our society, that of the docile wild-eyed cattle being driven to the slaughter-house, unfortunately prevailed?!?!

Many authors, including myself, have often used the word "emasculated" to describe our secular culture, our society, its politically correct effeminate mores, its laws and government! To quote a fellow blogger on the subject:

"Indeed, I [am] concerned about our back-sliding, exchanging the rights of our children for governmental privileges, and not vigorously standing up for what we believe in. I read enough about our great grand parents and their fathers to believe that they were more assertive than the generations today. From stories and pictures, it appeared that even the children looked and acted differently than today."

I am sure that our current crop of politicians in Washington, the "cut-and-run from Iraq," Syrian dictator beholden, Al-Qaeda Islamofacist thugs loving, Ahmadinejad grovelling, "peace at any price - even surrender - defeatist," Democratic legislators in Congress, are an excellent example to our youth of today, on how to deal with difficult situations fraught with unspeakable violence, brutality, and carnage: "It doesn't concern us," "appease," "submission," "stick your neck in the sand and pretend that it will go away and whine."

For years now, our youth have been bombarded with, and literally immersed in, an all-out secularist campaign and an insidiously permeating culture of "emasculation" and reversed gender roles: "Alternative Lifestyles"!

Male children in our public schools are being repressed. Their natural development, and instinctive "boyish behavior" systematically suppressed by policy. Rough boyish activities such as playing "cops and robbers" and or rough "toss and tumble," are frowned upon or outright banned from school playgrounds. Boys are encouraged to be more calm, subdued, and compliant as girls naturally are - more feminine, and any boy who rebels to this imposition upon nature, and following his natural instincts reacts in a physical, assertive manner, is immediately sent off to his doctor to be riddled with Ritalin or some other narcotic, to stupefy him and suppress the natural development of his "male" character.

In the words of Christina Hoff Sommers in her book "The War Against Boys: How Misguided Feminism is Harming Our Young Men." (Simon & Schuster, Hardcover, 320 pgs., June 2000) she builds a strong case against public school programs designed by "Gender Equity Experts." She says:

"...it has become fashionable to attribute pathology to millions of healthy male children. It is a story of how we are turning against boys and forgetting a simple truth: that the energy, competitiveness, and corporal daring of normal, decent males is responsible for much of what is right in the world."

"These busybodies' mission is to rescue girls from becoming Ophelia the victim, while attempting to turn boys into androgynous wusses. To boost the girls 'self-esteem, boys are prohibited from tussling or playing games like 'cops and robbers'."

She goes on to add: "Boys are also discriminated against with 'Take Our Daughters to Work Day.' Teachers' assignments routinely probe students' 'feelings' on any given topic."

She then remarks how thanks to this type of institutionalized nonsense boys drop out, or are expelled from school, in higher numbers, citing evidence from the National Center for Education Statistics, adding:

"Male students are also three times more likely to be enrolled in special education programs than their sisters."

Add to this the current culture of "effeminateness" where it has become all the rave for men to "get in touch with their feminine side" while even gay "aesthetics" are pushed upon straight men by TV shows such as "Queer Eye for the Straight Guy," and gay values and the gay agenda permeate every niche of our society and is being pushed in our faces every day by the "homo-hype" of the media and the entertainment industry, through a plethora of TV shows - such as "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" and Rosie's "The Lesbian View," sitcoms - such as NBC's "Will & Grace" and ABC's "Emily's Reasons Why Not" and "Crumbs," movies - such as "Brokeback Mountain" ("Brokeass Mountain"?), cartoons - such as PBS' infamous "Gay Mommies" episode of "Postcards from Buster," and even children's books about gay penguins "Roy and Silo" at the Central Park Zoo in New York.

Is it any wonder then, after such pernicious and emasculating conditioning of our youth, that the male students at Virginia Tech would therefore lack the instinctive, male aggression-driven, territorial imperative drive, to respond to the deranged asshole shooting everyone down indiscriminately, with some bold, self- assertive, hormones-rushing, adrenaline-pumping, masculine act of heroism, rather than wait whimpering for their turn to be slaughtered like sheep - even as they have been conditioned all their lives by our sick and twisted politically correct, secularist society in negation of their instincts, their male drives, their male dominance, their very natures?!?! Sadly, the outcome at Virginia Tech was only to be expected more likely than not.

I would respond to our reader David, when he addresses the poster of the aforementined article, Richard, saying: "How do you know that you f*****g idiot", that Richard knows because he experienced hell and faced death numerous times fighting in Vietnam, brazenly staring it in the eye! His courage and professionalism saved the lives of many of his brothers in arms!

He knows because after Vietnam he came back home to find a nation of drugged-up and over-sexed, ingrate, anti-war, commie pansies, who not only turned their backs on the Vietnam vets and left them to rot in the gutters of the streets of our cities, but welcomed them home by spitting on them - much as their scions of today who burn images of our brave young soldiers in Iraq in effigy, spit and shout obscenities at them in our airports, that call them "Baby Killers," and burn our upturned flag!

He knows David because his son, who now fights and faces death every day in Iraq for your sorry ass and mine, had he been in the place of those young men at VT who did nothing, would have taken the killer and his wimpy 9 mm and 22 caliber "toy guns" and shoved them up his deranged Korean ass - even if he'd get shot and would die in the process - because like his Father before him, who is a Marine, he serves his country proudly and with Honor in the Naval Special Ops, and his Father taught him well! "There is no greater love than he who lays down his life for his Friends..."

Richard is also a good Christian, David, and unlike me who am but a despicable sinner, he will not answer to your gratuitous abuse and your foul obscenities in kind, but will "turn the other cheek" and pray God to forgive you: "for you not know what you do..."

But I feel no such constraint! Your comments, David, are abhorrent and despicable! You demean the solemnity of such a tragedy by your vulgarity! The only "fucking idiot" in this whole affair is you! The kids may not have been expecting anything like this, but had they not been "conditioned" and "emasculated" by our secularist, politically correct, "peacenik" society -that so hypocritically abhors violence when they have to be involved in it, while at the same time slobbering, drooling over it, glorifying it, and promoting it on TV, in films, and in Rap music - they may have had the survival instinct to do something about it, instead of succumbing like sheep! Had they done so many less young people, with lives ahead of them, would have died needlessly!

A man is judged by his deeds. Richard has been there. He knows what it's like and how it feels. He's been in far worse situations than dealing with a deranged lunatic playing with his deadly "toy guns" creating all this havoc. He's faced much, much heavier calibers; and his assessment is not ridiculous! Even now he stares defiantly at death, and labors, as Loren Eiseley said, "...for the uses of life!"

He most likely will be praying for you David. But as for me, I say that the one who merits to rot in hell, and is indeed a miserable and despicable "fuck" is you: a worm, a maggot, and a poor excuse of a spineless man!
