Our New "Greatest Generation": Our "300"!
Topics: Political News and commentariesIn these days of doom and gloom (guaranteed to be made so by our terrorist loving media which daily gives them a platform so that their heinous acts achieve precisely that which they are trying to accomplish, and bombards us daily with nothing but defeatism, blood , and gore), it is paramount that we hold firm to hope in our hearts in a world gone mad, where our own worst enemies are the rabid, the deluded, and the naive amongst us, or more sinisterly, those who would betray us like the character in Poe's "Red Death" to simply avenge their worthless, meaningless, godless lives!
And so, I would say that in spite of the on-going struggle splitting our nation apart, and dividing us, in many instances for the sake of debunked, failed, Marxist, archaic, socialist ideologies, held by those who shunning facts and reality choose to live in their own secularist socialist 60's LSD induced alternate realities, that this new generation of soldiers now fighting in Iraq, unlike the wimpy, drugged-up, draft-avoiding anti-war degenerates with yellow streaked underwear and the politicians that supported them, that made of Vietnam a glorious defeat for America, a la John Kerry, is blessedly much different.
No, the balding hippies, the geriatric commies all wrapped-up in their Viet Cong flags like Jane Fonda, and their scions, are going to be facing a new generation of volunteer soldiers coming back home, whether allowed to be in victory by our traitorous Congress, or forced to come back in defeat by them. And unlike the brave Vietnam veterans whom we have ostracized and chosen to ignore, many of whom now live in our streets homeless, forgotten, and despised, these are a different breed of men. They are proving day to day in combat to be the actual torch-bearers of those same heroic Americans who took Iwo Jima during WW II, losing three thousand of their band of brothers in one day, yet hoisting the American flag over that blasted piece of land, in a heroism not seen in this world since Leonidas and his band of 300 brothers in Thermopylae. Indeed, our soldiers of today take after that "Greatest Generation"! And this while the traitors and defeatists amongst us moan of three thousand casualties in four years! "Thou shalt honor your father and your mother" it is written. But I am certain that if the Hero who of his own free will died for his band of brothers in Iraq, a true American Hero, had a chance, he would slap his mother Cindy Sheehan in the face for all of her betrayal, and the negation of his incomparable sacrifice! Islamists and dogs also bear their young. Motherhood is not an excuse. There are higher things!
And so I come to the foreboding conclusion that perhaps our traitorous Democrats do not realize what eventually they are in for, when spitting on those who serve, and calling them "baby killers," and prosecuting them while in turn aiding and abetting our enemies; much as they did during Vietnam,
Woe to the Democrat traitors when this newest "Greatest Generation" returns home and holds them to account! In an America divided we may yet see them take over the reigns of the power which they so rightfully have upheld with their sweat and blood! While many of their own fellow Americans, the leftist Democrats, have abhorred them and done all in their power against them and to betray them; even while in harm's way behind enemy lines! Even as despicable Senator Harry Reid threatens to do now by cutting all funding and supplies to our troops in the battlefield!
Perchance one day these, our Heroes, our "300" laying their lives on the line for us ungrateful bastards, will come back home, and round-up all these damnable traitorous "Brutuses" in Congress at the Capitol, and haul them away to internment as they well deserve, to await just retribution and judgement, and be Court Marshalled for all their treachery and betrayal as well they should! Congress purse-string my arse!
There yet may be hope!
