Netrooters 'Non-reality based payback' For Marcotte Is Telling
Topics: Political News and commentariesLeft wing bloggers and many of their readers reside so far from reality that they think that someone saying "America is a Christian nation" is a gotcha:
... reality caught up with "reality based community" blogger Amanda Marcotte today when the Edwards campaign apparently dumped her as its blogger. Marcotte's anti-Catholic snark proved to be the last straw.Borrowing from David Thompson's piece that we pointed to yesterday, "I've often wondered at what point being on the left becomes a performance, then a pantomime, and finally a mental health issue."... The netrooters have responded by attacking the McCain campaign and its blogger Patrick Hynes. But apparently the best substantive ammunition they've come up with is Hynes' insistence that "America is a Christian nation."
