Senator Kennedy Calls Iraq 'Bush's Vietnam' And Some Sobering Thoughts About The Consequences Of November 7th
Topics: Political News and commentariesThe unfolding of events since the ominous elections of November 7th, like a row of falling dominoes, portends the inescapable conclusion that America, the reluctant Empire, this once glorious nation of freedom and ideals, where the poor and downtrodden of all the world came for hope, for freedom, for a new life of opportunity, and to carve themselves a piece of the American dream, is in decline, and unless we all awake from the slumber induced by the hedonistic opiate of our wealth and comfort - too distracted by our own selfish gratifications and goals to look at the bigger picture - we will awake one day to our "Day of Wrath", our day of doom, just as much as once mighty Rome did.
On November 7th 2006, a day which along with December 7th 1941 will live in infamy, a day future historians will judge as the beginning of our end, the Democrats managed to win back control of Congress and the Senate at this critical time in our nation's history, by winning certain key elections, in many cases by margins of only thousands of votes, to once again embark in their grandiose enterprise of imposing their Marxist, godless, secularist, morally relativistic, defeatist, global socialism agenda, which they wish to ram down our throats as they had for over forty years of the Democratic Pimps' failed Welfare State! Ominously, the fate of Western Civilization and of humanity may very well hang on the courses of action they now take.
In a time when we are facing a fanatical enemy willing to send their own children to blow themselves up in order to advance their cause, who are willing to kill thousands, even millions of innocent victims, to achieve the Islamic goals of world domination by their culture of death and destruction, who are willing to wait us out patiently until we lower our guard and facilitate their attacks, we have chosen to lead us in these perilous times, in our banality and fickleness, those who would rather bury their heads in the sand and pretend that there is no threat like ostriches; this at one of the most dangerous moments that humanity has faced in its history.
America is no longer a Republic, but a hodgepodge of multi-ethnic mob rule, each bent on achieving political control so as to promote their own, and in many cases warped and twisted, agendas and lifestyles! We vote our hedonistic convenience by majority mob rule at the ballot box, oblivious to the fact that in so doing we are ultimately sentencing ourselves to be obliterated.
No wonder Osama Bin Laden and the Islamists call the U.S. a "Paper Tiger," when the ill equipped army of a Third World nation as Ethiopia can accomplish what the best equipped and trained army in the world will not because of the political mendacity of our leaders, and they triumph in turn were we left yelping with our tail between our legs - as was the case with cowardly Clinton, after 18 of our soldiers were killed and the body of that young airman was ignominiously dragged and desecrated through the streets of Mogadishu in front of the cameras for all the world to see!
Now Senator Kennedy gloatingly proclaims that Iraq is "Bush's Vietnam," as if even while the Iraqis danced for joy at the fall of Saddam in the first days of the conflict and thanked Bush and America enthusiastically in the streets of Baghdad, he and his leftist ilk of naysayers were not already questioning the WMDs we had not even had a chance to look for yet, claiming the invasion a "Quagmire" even then - a term associated with the war in Vietnam, and predicting the deterioration of the situation into "sectarian" violence at the time, years before they and the media turned it into a self-fulfilling prophecy! One may as well say that such as Kennedy, and his cadre of leftist Democrat traitors in Congress, with the help of their mouthpiece, the so called "Elite" media, are the ones who have openly suggested to terrorists in their naysaying, on a regular basis, what course to take in order for them to achieve greater momentum, that such as the New York Times have been more productive at espionage in favor of the insurgency and the global Islamofacist Jihad than any mole the Jihadists could have ever hoped to implant within our government agencies, and that the insurgents in Iraq have had no greater "assessors" and collaborators to their cause than our own Democratic traitors and the media that serves them, even more so than all the tapes and messages with all the rallying and haranguing by Osama and Al-Zawahiri themselves.
This, cynically, coming from Kennedy, a man who along with John Kerry was also instrumental in achieving our "glorious" defeat in Vietnam; an embittered alcoholic who proved himself a spineless coward at Chappaquiddick; who also now wants us to loose in Iraq! One must assume that the impulse to "cut-and-run" must run in his family - that brood of vipers that has only brought sorrow to America from his bootlegging Robber Baron father to the present - as demonstrated by his much lionized slain brother John, who likewise betrayed the Cuban Freedom Fighter volunteers we trained, and abandoned them to their fate in the swamps of the Bay of Pigs without supplies and or air support, stranded behind enemy lines, just "expendable" lives, after having given the ok to go in...much as we betrayed and left behind our South Vietnamese allies in Saigon as our last chopper lifted from the roof of our embassy...much as most likely we will betray and leave behind the Iraqis to their fate and the ensuing slaughter - such as with Pol Pot and the Killing Fields of Cambodia after our ignominious pullback from Vietnam! It must seem to the world as if "betrayal and cut-and-running" is an American trait
Unless the shade of things to come is altered, under the leadership of Kennedy, Pelosi, Reid and their cut-and-run, isolationist, pacifist, leftist ilk, we will see Iran obtain nuclear weapons while we idly sit back doing nothing about it, playing charades at the United Nations! We will see the Middle East become a nuclear playground when Israel has no other choice for its own survival than to strike Iran first, and then the Armageddon which will ensue will be of Biblical proportions; and it will come knocking on our doors with a blast... whether we like it or not
Let's see where all this Vietnam styled isolationism and pacifism will lead us when we fail as the one remaining Superpower in the world to wear the pants and assume our responsibility as such in our "Democrat," "San Francisco styled" effeminateness and lack of stomach to fight, out of our own hedonistic cowardice and mendacity, and hide with our collective head in the sand pretending nothing out there concerns us! God help us all! In our electoral fickleness we have chosen our own doom!

I hope this entire article is a joke, because you have yet to actually state any scholarly information and all of your arguements are opinion based. If you are "Right-Winged", that is your choice, but by mis-informing other readers, means that you are contributing to a moronic society that cannot think for themselves (my opinion). Please read information, other then watching Fox for the "News". There is a scholarly journal online called JSTOR, which is used by people with a brain. Thanks, MI
