Obama , Truth, And The Race Card

For Obama, truth appears to be what you want it to be:

... Mr Obama's book, Dreams From My Father, is flying off the shelves of US book stores, exciting and astonishing readers in equal measure. It is a bestseller, and no wonder - because the story just gets better and better.

... an investigation by The Mail on Sunday has revealed that, for all Mr Obama's reputation for straight talking and the compelling narrative of his recollections, they are largely myth.

... with a gift for words that makes Mrs Clinton's utterances seem stiff and stale, he has turned it into another component of the myth.

And playing the race card seems to be his favorite ploy.

Related: Perhaps Obama might tell us about his church's "Black value system" that he failed to mention in his book. Trinity United Church of Christ on Chicago's South Side is unique among UCC churches nationwide in its commitment to an "all black leadership who espouse and embrace the black value system." Trinity prides itself in its African heritage and color of skin. It is troubling that his church's doctrine may demand he promote affirmative action, racial quotas, reparations, busing and more government programs dependent upon skin color.
