Iran: US And Israel Will Soon Die
Topics: War on TerrorThis is the government that the ISG, the Democratic leadership, and even a few clueless Republicans with self-serving agendas want us to "negotiate" with?
Israel and the United States will soon be destroyed, Iran's President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said Tuesday during a meeting with Syria's foreign minister, the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB) website said in a report.Let's recall that "People in the region read the ISG report and thought the Americans are surrendering." Bush's tough policy on Iran is undoubtedly our best approach:
"Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad... assured that the United States and the Zionist regime of Israel will soon come to the end of their lives," the Iranian president was quoted as saying.
"Sparking discord among Muslims, especially between the Shiites and Sunnis, is a plot hatched by the Zionists and the US for dominating regional nations and looting their resources," Ahmadinejad added, according to the report. The Iranian president also directly tied events in Lebanon to a wider plan aimed at Israel's destruction. He called on "regional countries" to "support the Islamic resistance of the Lebanese people and strive to enhance solidarity and unity among the different Palestinian groups in a bid to pave the ground for the undermining of the Zionist regime whose demise is, of course, imminent."
"Given the weak position of the United States in Iraq, and on the nuclear issue," ... Washington "needs all the demonstration of strength she could muster, should she decide to start talks with Iran." What is at least clear is that the Bush administration is stepping up efforts to make more options available for itself in deciding whether or not to pursue negotiations -- or in the eventuality that the diplomatic option is determined by the White House to have run its course. We can only hope that the diplomatic option takes hold and that more reasonable minds in Iran stop the country's support of terrorism and reject the development of nuclear arms, but the likelihood of this happening is beyond remote. Hearing what Ahmadinejad is telling us, it appears that we'd best be getting ready to fight for our lives, convert to Islam, or die. My own choice is the former.

Eight Democrats, eight would-be commanders-in-chief -- all running for president in a time of war. So which of them, on getting into the race, had this to say about the nature of the enemy confronting us?"Can't match that assessment of the global jihad with the Democratic candidate who uttered it? Don't feel bad; it was a trick question." The answer is - none. The Democrats' silence on jihad is deadly. Iran and the terrorists around the world that it supports are planning, actually telling us, that they intend to kill us."We are engaged in a war against an axis of Islamists, extremists, and terrorists. It is an axis of evil. It has headquarters in Tehran and Waziristan. But because of the unconventional nature of this war, it also has headquarters in cities throughout Europe and Asia and Africa and the United States of America, in cells that operate in the shadows but are prepared to strike us again as they did on September 11th, 2001.
"The enemy we are fighting is . . . totalitarian. It is inhumane. It has a violent ideology and a goal of expansionism and totalitarianism. It threatens our security, our values, our way of life as seriously, in my opinion, as fascism and communism did in the last century."
Radical Islam's jihad against the West, led by the likes of al-Qaeda, Iran, and its proxies, is acting to destroy us, and there are politicians in Washington that want us to sing Kumbaya with them. Remember what al-taqiyya and a hudna are; talk in the context of weakness is just isn't going to get us anywhere but dead.
