About Those Arab 'Values'
Topics: Middle East News and Perspectives... or the lack of them.
Why is it that the only deaths Arabs appear to protest are those of mass murderers and psychopaths like Saddam Hussein?
And, even more importantly, where were the Arab outcries over the atrocities committed by Saddam and his regime?
That silence over life for Iraqis under Saddam Hussein speaks not only to the values of the "Arab street," but sadly, also to the Islamic culture in much of the Middle East.
