The "Obsession" of Radical Islam
Topics: Understanding IslamWe post on this again, so that everyone has a chance to see this before going to the polls. You must understand what we're fighting: E.D.Hill FoxNews "Obsession" Special - conclusion:
Let there be no doubt. Radical Islam is at war with the West. We fight to win, or we die.
Be sure to see this video also.
And here's an email I received this weekend from a Muslim friend, who is also a blogger (name withheld for privacy), who along with many other moderate Muslim friends of mine, has come to realize that we either vote Republican, or the Islamists win. It's not a case of wanting one party to win over another, it's a matter of it being the only chance we have of winning the war that radical Islam is waging against us - one that has only just begun compared to what they have planned for us:
Hi Richard, how's everything goin? A little something for you (Ed: link attached but not shown here).Just for now, until we beat the radical Islamists in Iraq and elsewhere in the world, just until we win the War on Terror, let's put politics aside and keep the one party in power, for now, that has a chance at winning this war. Otherwise, there'll be nothing left of the West for us all to argue about on the other issues.[...] Good luck with the elections. As much as I might not like the situation in Iraq and think that Republican policies should be improved, I'm starting to realize that Democrats indeed don't have a plan. I've been reading ALOT of Democratic blogs/news etc. lately. You're right even some Muslim Americans who are leftists and Democrat admit that the Democrats lack a proper plan. I always get the impression the left or at least the far left is pacifist which is do dumb in my opinion. Hence, I guess something is better than nothing. May Bush and America prevail in Iraq for the better of the Iraqi people, Americans and everyone in the Middle East. May freedom and democracy prevail. Amen to that.
If everything goes well in the next 2 years and security is much better in Iraq, it will be a monumental achievement. Bush might actually go from being the most hated US president in the world to being the most loved. Oh and I hope that bastard Saddam gets the death sentence not by lethal injection but more like by shooting squad. Even then that won't be enough.
BTW I took a poltical quiz recently and i fell right smack on top of the line seperating a centrist from a right winger which I guess makes me a right leaning centrist (if there's such a thing. is there??)... =)
