Jumping into the fray on Day 2, Vice President Cheney will take aim at John Kerry today over his remarks on the military and Iraq.There's an understatement somewhere in Cheney's question.In remarks in Montana scheduled for 7pm ET, Cheney will ask: "Aren't we lucky he lost that election?"
