On Re-Writing History!
Topics: Political News and commentariesIt seems that "re-writing" history, has become one of the greatest obsessions of the Clintonista Democrats and their allies!
Now, according to them, "Clinton did not inhale," and "Monica did not swallow," along with Clinton's finger wagging assertion that he "never had sex with that woman [Monica]" which he repeated in front of Chris Wallace's face a couple of Sundays ago (except this time pertaining to Bin Laden - ?!?), claiming "he did all in his power to capture or kill Osama Bin Laden" - which he didn't!!! Right!
So, it turns out, that what so many of us saw on TV on the morning of 9/11, is but a lie and a huge "Republican Conspiracy" orchestrated by Vice President Cheney and the Bush Administration, and V.P. Cheney is the Washington version of Warner Brothers' "Pinky and the Brain," where President Bush, as Bill Maher - a failed actor and half-ass comedian who is given a platform to spew his failure-fuled resented venom on HBO by rabid pro-Democrat Hollywood Partisans - asserts every night, is "Pinky," and V.P. Cheney, the conniving "Brain" behind everything, from the attacks on 9/11, to invading "poor defenseless" Muslim Jihadist countries, to all else they perceive to be wrong with their "Secular America"!!!
And it also turns out that in the face of the recent passage of legislation by the House and Senate authorizing that we build a 700 mile long fence across our southern border to stem the tide of illegal Mexicans pouring over, the History Channel has "conveniently" come out with a program hosted by non other than Oscar De la Hoya - who did not have to climb the fence like the rest of the illegal Mexican aliens due to his "pugilistic" prowess - where "defeatists," "I hate America," "historical experts" and commentators, basically expound on the subject of the history of the conflict, during the course of the program, based on the premise that the "Mexican War of 1848" was an "Imperialistic" endeavor (their favorite word), and that not only we owe Mexico an apology, but should return the American Southwest to Mexico, or let them demographically run us over with their unfettered illegal immigration, even as they are presently doing - which amounts to the same thing! Never mind the blood bath at the Alamo by Santa Anna and his Mexican army trying to quench with Napoleonic "Bravura" some pesky Texans and their "Independence"!!! Besides, with America's notorious exceedingly short "attention span" who any longer "Remembers the Alamo" ?!?!
In short, the History Channel documentary, portrays our troops as ruthless and bloodthristy, and our conduct of the war (not Iraq now, but the 1848 one!) as Barbaric, focusing exceedingly on the number of civilian casualties, and the devastation wrought by our troops on the "hapless" Mexican indegenous population, not taking into account that this was "WAR" as it was conceived and fought then, and not their Democratic "cut-and-run" modern concept of a "kinder," "gentler," oversize police action with heavily body-armored "sitting ducks" which we will hurriedly retreat from the battlefield (re-deploy - back to their barracks with our tail between our legs) when the first slightest injury, requiring but a band-aid, is suffered by one of our men.
The whole premise of the program runs contrary to the "realities" of history, such as if we would argue that all the countries and territories which were previously a part of the Austro- Hungarian Empire at the beginning of the 20th century, should now surrender their independence and National Pride to tiny Austria and Vienna, which at this point in history could not even manage such territories effectively!!! Unrealistic!
In a similar manner, these "American Apologists" who wish to surrender back to Mexico the American Southwest, or let hordes of Mexican illegal aliens invade and overtake us unimpeded through open borders - in an unprecedented demographic invasion unparalleled in the history of the world - simply wants us to return to Mexico the lands, that to begin with, we paid for as part of the "Peace Treaty of 1848," paying them 18 million 1848 "silver" dollars for land that was to the Mexicans worthless and uninhabitable, which since then, with our Pioneers, Cowboys, and our American ingenuity (such as the railroads) we have made to blossom and flourish!!! and now we should give it back?!?!
Just imagine Phoenix, Albuquerque, or Las Vegas, the way that Tijuana is, or as lawless and chaotic as Nuevo Laredo! That would certainly be an improvement to its American inhabitants, wouldn't it?!?!
And yet these defeatist arses, who want us to pull out of Iraq and surrender the field to our Jihadist enemies, as we did in Viet Nam, who "Hate America" and all it stands for, now have come forth with this program, because, in their opinion, is not enough that we should "cut-and-run" like cowards in Iraq, but we must also surrender to our foes, the lands that with the blood of our servicemen of the 1840s we made to flower in the desert !!!
One has to wonder, how much "re-writing" of history the good American people of the heartland of America, which feeds the world and those impudent "Elitists" on those two tiny fringes of "Blue" on either side of the continent, will be willing to take, before they say to the far-left, the Democrats, ex-President Clinton and his "cold-as a-refrigerator" wife Hilary, and the rest of their "politically correct" defeatists ilk, wishing to give America away:
"Enough already, enough is enough!"
