NYT-ea culpa: Times' Byron Calame Acknowledges 'Error'
Topics: Follies of the Mainstream MediaJules Crittenden comments at BostonHerald.com on Calame's admission that he was not only wrong but hypocritical to defend it, and suggests that Calame must have been "in the throws of some inexplicable crisis of conscience."
And that's the kindest thing he has to say about it. Crittenden goes on to suggest that Calame's mea culpa has a bit of the dog-ate-my-homework about it. Be sure and catch the rest. You'll find that Crittenden is equally critical of the American media in general, as well as the American left.
