ACLU Wants Suspected Terrorists Allowed Back Into U.S.
Topics: War on Terror - the issues. The ACLU is up to its usual anti-American, pro-terrorist, nutty antics - this time raising hell because the Feds are requiring two suspected terrorists (yes, they're American citizens, but...) to meet with the F.B.I. in Pakistan and answer a few questions, and the two Pakistani Americans (from Lodi, Calif.) are refusing to do so. The men are members of a family with ties to terrorism and one of the men is suspected of having attended a terrorist training camp.
Jay at Stop The ACLU has the story.
While Stop The ACLU and Ban The ACLU emphasize the point that this is not an issue of profiling, I'm of the opinion that it doesn't matter a Tinker's damn whether it is or not. These people are coming back from an extended trip to a country that serves as a huge boiling fountain of terrorism, they are members of a family with ties to terrorism, live in a community that has had members with ties to terrorism, are of the same national origin as many terrorists, are refusing to be questioned under a lie detector test, and there is reasonable doubt as to their intentions. The remedy here is to tell the ACLU to bug off and jail the bastards in Pakistan untill they pass a lie detector test.
The lives of our families and friends trump the hell out of the rights of potential terrorists and this includes American-whatevers with ties to terrorism. We are at war with an ideology and its state sponsors - all of whom plan us great harm. When are the ACLU and the sleep walkers among us going to realize that?
