Hezbollah Using Typical Islamist Trick - Human Shields

Where's the best place to hide your weapons if human life means absolutely nothing to you and you want your enemy to be blamed for your willingness to put innocent women and children in harms way?

In the middle of the innocent women and children, and then prevent them from escaping to safety:

The IDF has found that Hizbullah is preventing civilians from leaving villages in southern Lebanon. Roadblocks have been set up outside some of the villages to prevent residents from leaving, while in other villages Hizbullah is preventing UN representatives from entering, who are trying to help residents leave. In two villages, exchanges of fire between residents and Hizbullah have broken out.

Nothing different here, the Taliban do the same thing for the same multiple purposes.

Meanwhile, is Israel getting ready to go into Lebanon? There are reports that Israel is massing ground troops on the northern border.
