Did China Order N Korean Missile Launches?
Topics: North KoreaRiehl World View posted late last night that it's being suggested in some quarters that the North Korean launch was undertaken on behalf of the Chinese who wanted to draw a better bead on our HAARP systems, or, perhaps our general missile tracking capabilities.
