Huge Terror Raid Going On In Florida - Related To Sears Tower Plot

Scattered reports of a large terrorism raid in southern Florida are starting to appear in the news, and a witness claims there are several agents involved. The Miami Herald has been told that a a produce market in Miami is "teeming with federal agents." The terrorists' target - the Chicago's Sears Tower and other buildings in the U.S., including the FBI office in Miami. One terrorist (we'll omit the "alleged" crap here for sake of clarity) is said to have said to a witness that they have "given their lives to Allah."

And if you're thinking that these terrorists are of a particular religious persuasion, you're right. Let's just say that whoever the hell this "Allah" guy is, he's certainly associated with a hell of a lot of terrorism, hate, and intolerance on our planet!

Apparently seven men have been arrested.

MSNBC says the men are part of a radical Black Muslim group.

CNN is all over the story, and on the air are saying that these guys hung around in military garb, standing guard around the area, acting "discourteous" to their neighbors, and basically acting like guys that didn't work very hard to blend in with the community - like amateurs (my word not theirs).

Terrorists living in South Florida is no surprise; several terrorism investigations have had South Florida links.

Captain Ed has it that the AP has new details on the jihad angle.

The Age reports that the suspects had thought they were dealing with the international al-Qaeda group but they had been infiltrated by a US Government informant.

And there could be up to 12 to 15 men in their 20's and 30s involved?

Is their also an Atlanta/Chicago connection?

Note that at least one of these terrorists had an expired visa - he didn't belong here, he was an illegal alien.

Question of the day - does this extend all the to Toronto?

Of course there's a lot more to learn, but so far this sounds like this is a militant Black Muslim group that "wants" to be associated with al-Qaeda, basically wannabes, with perhaps SOME connections with other similar groups - "home grown" Islam adherents dedicated to "Allah" and working hard at becoming real live terrorists.

Just like Toronto - home grown Muslim terrorists!!!
