Coffee Offers Protection Of Boozer's Livers

If you're a heavy drinker, research indicates that one cup of coffee per day cuts the risk of alcoholic cirrhosis by 20 percent. Four cups per day reduced the risk by 80 percent. Apparently, the coffee may counteract alcohol's poisonous effects on the liver and help prevent cirrhosis.
On the other hand, there's actually a better way to avoid getting ill from cirrhosis of the liver. Instead of drinking a lot of coffee, try the simple approach and cut down on the alcohol !
