A sad day for America: Supreme Court sides with those trying to destroy us !!!
Topics: DhimmitudeIt is a sad day for America indeed, when even as our young soldiers expose their lives in Iraq fighting a global war on an enemy hell-bent in destroying us a thousand times over in a thousand other 9/11s if only given half a chance, an enemy whose "noblest" blatantly expressed aspirations are to wipe an entire nation, Israel, off the face of the earth, said enemy is given legal preponderance over those in the Administration trying to stop them by none other than the highest court in the land!
In one more dismaying instance of judicial activism, this time by the highest court in the nation, such as that we have often seen from lower courts in the past, which even against the will of the people, and heedless of whatever legislation they may pass, invalidate such legislation and impose their secular progressive ideology by judicial fiat (as with gay marriage), the Supreme Court has just ruled in favor of the detainees in Guantanamo, alleging that President Bush overstepped his authority in setting up the Military Commissions in charge of judging the terrorists presently, making the Administration, in fact, have to start all over the process with which to deal with these detainees from scratch, and giving those murderers in Gitmo the same legal rights as Americans!!!
In his 150 page long ruling, the ill appointed Justice Kennedy once more sided with his liberal colleagues at the Court, and handed out a decision that did not uphold even one of the government's arguments! Not even one!!!
And the question becomes poignantly pertinent to ask: how long will the American people have to endure the judicial tyranny of these liberal, senile, anachronistic Justices at the Supreme Court, who are a bunch of liberal progressive socialist dinosaurs - a throwback to the anarchistic days of their youth in the sixties, that are no longer in touch with mainstream America, and that keep ramming down our throats their judicial socialism?!?!
It has always been the checks and balances that have existed between our branches of government that have maintained the delicate equilibrium upon which our Representative Democracy functions, but it is alarming to see the ideologically driven activism which increasingly infects our courts - overturning the duly enacted legislation of the people.
And when as in this case with this ruling by the Supreme Court, such activism gets to the point of being a potential threat to our national security, as by let's say the early release of these detainees (whom can very well turn in a moment's notice into literal time bombs), or other such fallacies, one only has to wonder if taken to the breaking point, which in the end will give: our survival as a people and a nation, or a bunch of senile radicals in black robes?!?!
The time may soon come when we are pressed to decide!!!
