Now There's Bi-lingual Potato Chips?

Basil met his wife for lunch yesterday at a new restaurant and seems to have become fascinated by the potato chips.
Yep, we're talking potato chips - they were Miss Vickie's, which is owned by Frito-Lay, Inc., out of Plano, Texas. That's Frito-Lay.
He noticed something odd - the potato chips were bi-lingual. They were in English and in another language.
Miss Vickie's Potato Chips had everything in two languages - English and ..... (take a guess what the second language is. I'm betting you're wrong!)
