Moussaoui Gets Life
Topics: War on TerrorA jury has sentenced Zacarias Moussaoui to life in prison for his part in the 9/11 conspiracy.
Surely, if anyone ever deserved the death penalty - it's Moussaoui. Although some will disagree with the decision, I do like the idea of not making a martyr out of him, especially since that's what he wanted, and also I like the idea of him being stuck in a cell for the rest of his life to stew over what he's done. Death would be too easy for him.
Reason, a thorough consideration of the available facts provided them, and compassionate judgement, was exercised by American citizens in arriving at the decision. That's a hell of a lot more than the Al-Qaeda bastards gave the thousands that died on 9/11. However, that 's what sets the West apart from the murderous Islamist pigs that slaughter innocent people.
