Mexico Plans To Formally Complain About Troops And Fence

Topics: Immigration and Border Issues

Mexico's foreign minister, Luis Ernesto Derbez, said Thursday that Mexico intends to formally complain to the United States about plans to build security fences and deploy National Guard troops on the border to curb illegal immigration. Mexico wants the United States to make it easier for immigrants to attain legal status, and supports a guest-worker program rather than a tightening of the border.

I'm sure I'll be called a redneck neo-con for saying it, but last time I checked, Mexico and Senior Luis Ernesto Derbez have no say in what the United States does or does not do to protect our southern border from the army of Mexican illegal aliens flooding into our country.

So, Senor Luis Ernesto Derbez can complain from now till hell freezes over, but us redneck neo-cons are going to keep pushing our politicians for more troops, higher and longer fences, immediate strict enforcement of existing laws, imprisonment of employers that hire illegal aliens, cessation of catch and release - to be replaced by catch and deport, and no amnesty - regardless of how it's disquised.

Glad to get that off my chest - feeling a lot better now!
