I believe if we check the early posts on Riehl World View, we will find a relationship of some sort between this Wever name and Lorenzo van Rijn. Whether or not they are the same, I truly do not know, but I distinctly recall the two names being used by the same person. Although I admit Wever's first name back in June 2005 was not Guido.

If it turns out that the Colombian in detention is Jossy's gardener ... WOW ... this case will be explosive. Think of how many trained, professional, American investigators were fooled by this gardener ... even a polygraphist! Egg on the face will become an understatement.

Joe Tacopina may not be correct about this Wever character being known in the early stages of the investigation, unless he is Loranzo van Rijn. I have followed the case since near inception, and I only heard the name Wever as it was related to Lorenzo van Rijn. And, I never heard of any scratches upon Lorenzo van Rijn ... or anyone else.

It will be interesting to read how this all played out, if these new detainees turn out to be the culprits.
