All Those 'Crazyeeee... ' Terrorists

According to this Al Arabiya article, the Saudi interior ministry declared that the guy who opened fire at the American Consulate in Saudi was - get this - CRAZY. This, of course, makes all egyptians laugh (you should see the comments in the article's comments section. Funny ass shit) because this is our government's excuse. The Bani Mazar massacre? The suspect is crazy. The Church attacks? The attacker was, say it with me, crazy! The woman who went inside that Museum and started breaking statuesand antiquities because of the Mufti's Fatwa that statues are a form of idolatry? Yess, you betcha, crazier than a one-legged asian line-dancer. And now the dude that fired at the consulate in Saudi is also crazy. How convenient, no?There are only 2 possible explanations for this:
