U.S. Senate Says Politics More Important Than Nation!
Topics: Political News and commentariesWell, that's the effect of what the Senate did today when they sidetracked sweeping immigration legislation.
What the heck, if it's broke - why fix it? We can just keep on trucking along with another 20 million or so illegals, until we have the same economy and culture as Mexico, all speak Spanish instead of English, and tacos replace hotdogs at the ballparks - rather, at the rate we're declining as a nation, make that bullfights instead of ballparks!
Captain Quarters points the finger at Democratic obstinancy, but I place equal blame on a Republican Senate that has demonstrated a remarkable llack of will to fight for its own agenda. For this there will be a consequence, come November.
