Joyce Olver was working as an American Airlines flight attendant prior to the terrorist attacks, and vividly remembers the terrible events of Sept. 11, 2001; she was scheduled to be on Flight 11 that crashed into the twin towers on 9-11, but a broken foot removed her from her flight schedule.
Apparently fate had something else in mind...
