Sick Puppy Watch II - Allah Sends Bird Flu Into Gaza

Wasn't it just two days ago that we posted about an imam at the Al-Tadwa mosque in Beit Lahia north of Gaza City who told his "flock" that the bird-flu virus found in Israel last week was sent by Allah to punish the Jews for being "the worst of humanity" and is the beginning of the outbreak of other diseases meant to destroy the Jewish state within the next twenty years? As readers may recall, the fountain of Islamic wisdom, Sheikh Abu Muhammed , went on to ask Muslims at his Friday night sermon to pray for the sexual organs of Jews to "dry out" so they cannot reproduce.

Well, apparently Allah either doesn't know that there are Muslims in Gaza or doesn't care, because the first outbreak of bird flu in the Palestinian territories has been detected, and the H5N1 strain of the virus may have killed 200 chickens in the Gaza Strip.

Perhaps the Sheikh might now consider a few prayers for the protection of the sexual organs of his flock, in order that they not dry out. After all, Allah first sent the bird flu, so only Allah knows what's next! It does pay to be prepared.

How unfortunate for the Sheikh that in making his predictions, he failed to take into account that the virus found in Israel was likely to travel through migrating fowl into the nearby Palestinian territories.
