Rice: Iran 'central bank for terrorism'

Condoleezza Rice on Iran: "This is a country determined to develop a nuclear weapon ... and is the central bank for terrorism."
This is the U.S. Secretary of State speaking, and we are in a war against terrorism. Guess where we're going next!
