New York Judge A Victim Of Guardianship Abuse
Topics: Human InterestA New York judge has become a victim of guardianship abuse. The retired judge, John Phillips 82, has been confined to a nursing home in the Bronx. The court appointed guardian has been having a field day by stripping the multimillion dollar assets of the judge.
Once again we see the justice system, when it comes to the elderly and the infirm being abused by those who seek to gain riches for themselves.
The family and friends of the judge have rallied around and they are seeking to remove the guardian from his duties. John Phillips does not want to be in the nursing home. He has a wristband on his arm and he is not allowed any phone calls to family and friends.
Shades of Terri Sciavo?
