His wish was to fly a plan into the White House

The Morrocan claimed that he wanted to learn to fly a 747 jumbo so that he could impress his buddies. However, his story was a front for a much more sinister task - he was a co-conspirator in the events of September 11, but he was arrested before he had the opportunity to actively participate in an evil plan.

The instructors at the Florida flight school became suspicious when Moussaoui made several errors that gave him away. He had pretended to be a wealthy businessman but he failed to show the sophstication of a wealthy businessman, especially in his lack of knowledge on how to dress; his Englsh was not good enough to be a businessman. However, his classic mistake was asking how to turn off the passenger oxygen as well as the transponder that is used for tracking purposes.

Two of the team at the flight school were so suspicious that they independently contacted the same FBI agent. This led to Moussaoui's arrest and now he awaits his formal trial of conspiracy to murder USA citizens.
