Louisiana's 'No' Was Prelude To Katrina Disaster
Topics: Political News and commentariesSo why was it that federal government aid to Louisiana didn't come much sooner, in anticipation of Katrina?
We now know that it's partly because Louisiana told them to stay away - .and that was the begining of the end of an opportunity to prepare for what was to become a disaster.
